SNPscience is a computational R&D organization working across ancient DNA, archaeogenomics, population genomics, and the wider natural and health sciences: drug discovery, peptide discovery, infectious diseases, and cancer bioinformatics. We reconstruct how ancient populations formed, moved, and mixed across the millennia, and we publish what we find.

We are a small computational group with a simple conviction: the deep history written in ancient genomes deserves the same rigor as any experimental science. We build our studies in the open, with reproducible pipelines, documented models, and honest negative results, and we share what we learn.
A founder-led computational group based in Dubai: research direction, in-silico analysis, and methodology development under one roof. Full team profiles will appear here at launch, and we're growing.
